Domain Name Scanning

Continuing on from my dictionary word scan, looking for potentially useful and valuable domain names, I’ve started scanning on a much bigger list. It numbers just under 2.5 million names to check, and I’m just under 1/2 million in.

It’s very interesting to see what names are coming up as available, and I’ve already registered a small number - my budget doesn’t stretch to every one I like the look of! There are lots of names that have exact search numbers of high hundreds and low thousands. I have found some around the 10k point, and I feel confident that I’m going to unearth some real gems. Time will tell. Hopefully time well spent!

Once I have run this scan through, I will start preparing for the BIG LIST which is probably about 10 times the size of this list.

I might put some available names up on here that I don’t want to register, but might be too good to leave languishing at the back of Nominet’s servers!
